Delivery and Delivery Period
ENSŌ vintage shall endeavor to supply the items ordered, provided that
ENSŌ vintage has such items in stock, to the delivery address within 3 - 7 working days of the order confirmation and the required receipt of payment. Prior to delivering an order, the buyer may be contacted to verify the correctness of the order. This may cause some delay in delivery. When registering, buyers must state a telephone number on which they can be reached during the day (such as their number at work or a mobile phone number), so that the delay, if any, will be as short as possible.
The delivery periods referred to above are of an indicative nature only. Should any order not be delivered within 15 days (Europe / does not apply to "made to order" collections) the buyer will be entitled to cancel the order at no charge.
ENSŌ vintage shall arrange delivery by post or dispatch orders in any other way, at ENSŌ vintage’s sole discretion. Note that a signature might be required for receipt of all residential deliveries. International fees or duties may incur (outside EU) are not included on the shipping or covered by Ensō.
Returns are possible but we cannot offer free return (unless the item is faulty, develops any issue, therefore please contact us immediately at info@ensovintage.com). Customers will take care of returns costs, with a track&trace package, or delivery at our studio in Amsterdam. Money will be refunded in the same way as payment was executed, in a period of 2-6 working days.
For items purchased directly at our stores, returns are possible in same store as purchase was made. Exceptions can be accepted, and returns will be refuinded in a voucher for same value and 1 year expiration date. Please contact us about it.
The delivery period for B2B wholesale orders is a maximum of 60 days, or as discussed with the client on the agreement.
